Spacious. Good ambience, attentive staffs.
Room is tidy, found soles of our indoor slippers blackened first day we arrived. Appreciate room floor should be mopped daily.

It’s nice place to stay for a rest time after a months of hard work, but they need to prioritize the value.
Clean and quite
The staff are very friendly but they’re trained to focus on money more than the value. It happened with me 3 times, they also withdrew the staying cost twice 1- they called me after the reservation with booking.com that they will not provide the transportation which’s not free unless I pay the stay + plus the transportation. 2- when I did the checkout they also deducted the amount again. After 5 days I noticed a deducted amount from my credit card and after I contacted the bank they told me it was the Hotel they deducted the amount twice.

Exceptional
We enjoyed our stay tremendously- the comfy room, the prompt and friendly service, the facilities are top tier, the sea facing pool is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet is exceptional despite the very busy school holiday season. We made it an annual habit to try all of the beachfront properties in Batu Ferringhi and so far Rasa Sayang is the best resort.
